· Services include everything you would need to be approved , please HAVE PICTURE ID for move in and receiving keys .
· Picture ID and a secondary form of ID will be required to continue through application process on SOME properties .
· Please have a valid email address for live updates on your application through the process.
· Please be prepared to pay move in cost upon approval up to one months rent .
· Request should be made at least 10 days prior to your desired move in date . NO last minute service request will be filled.
